Mindfulness in Daily Life

This is a 6 week class series on Mindfulness in Daily Life that combines aspects of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) with beginning or sustaining a meditation practice.

Particularly relevant for the beginning meditator although people with all levels of practice would benefit.

The class includes 6 two hour classes and a Workbook, complete with short articles, inspirational quotes, fine art photography, and reflection questions and practices to use on and off the cushion.

Cost: $375, including Workbook (a sliding fee is available, given specific need).
